In honor of William J. Hornell
Bill Hornell was many things: smart, funny, competitive, quirky, humble, honest, generous and a loyal friend. During his long career at Mesirow Financial, he built respectful relationships with clients and colleagues and mentored countless young professionals. After Bill’s death from colon cancer in November 2019, his wife Deb and their three children established and serve as advisors to “The Bill Hornell Memorial Fund” to continue his legacy of charitable giving with a focus on healthcare and education organizations.
